SHIPPING TIMES
Normal delivery times should be 5-11 business days from the time your email from us that your order has been shipped. Everyone gets excited to get their new toys! But before you contact us worried that your items have been sold to the black market by the mailman, go through the following checklist:


  • Check your tracking number that we gave to you with your 'order has been shipped' email.
  • has 11 business days passed since we shipped your order?
  • check with others at your house that something wasn't accepted on your behalf

  • If you have done all of these things, then reply to us by the "your order has been shipped" email and let us know you are still waiting.


    REFUNDS

    "Buyer's Remorse"
    If you have "buyer's remorse" - you change your mind after making the purchase - there is a $5 processing fee we charge for the cost incurred on us for processing your transaction - we don't get refunded this when we refund you - so you pay this fee.
     
    If we have already packaged and paid for shipping on your product  - but not yet shipped it, we can refund you minus the cost of shipping, minus the $5 processing fee.
     
    If we have already shipped your product, there is nothing we can do.
     
    Unhappy with the product
    We are a small, independent operation, we aren't like Walmart who can take returns with no questions asked. If you aren't happy with your product(s) after you have opened them, contact us and we may work something out with you to purchase it back at a "used" price and give you some store credit. But ultimately you are unhappy with the product, not our store - so blog about how much you didn't like the product, not our store :-)
     
    The likelihood that your package is lost is very low. Chances are it is taking longer than expected (5-11 business days) or, it is undeliverable and is probably en route to being returned to us. We are a small operation, as much as we would like to be able to refund your money or send out another package after 15 days, it just isn't feasible. In order to allow for the mail to work itself out, we ask that you wait 30 days from the time your order was shipped before we are able to provide you with a refund or replacement product(s).
     
    We offer no 100% guarantees, or no questions asked refund policy, again, we are a small independent operation, every return hurts our business. So contact us and we'll figure out what to do and hopefully make you happy!

    CURRENCY AND TAXES
    All currency on items and shipping is in US dollars. Typically the US dollar is slightly higher than the Canadian dollar, therefore, we have removed GST/PST for our Canadian customers. Please note, we reserve the right to change this policy if the canuck buck decides to skyrocket... crazy times.


    PAYMENT
    We only accept online payment - there are various options to make online payment - credit card, bank transfer, and of course, PayPal. We will not, under any circumstances, accept payment that requires being sent via postal service.


    CONTACTING US
    As much as we would love to publish the LLHQ phone number to talk to you all one on one - we would end up fielding all sorts of telemarketing and telephone spammers all day long. But we practically sleep with our computers, so email is the way to go - we'll get back to all requests usually on the same day (8am to 8pm EST).
