Refurbs are used/vintage cameras that we have cleared for a new home with our own quality check. Mike has been a LONG time lover of Diana cameras and has seen them all, and is an expert on all the things that go wrong in them, and how to fix the things that go with age. Mike checks over all Diana cameras that we get, and only sells the ones that pass his tests. Sure, you can find them cheaper at "the bay" but you may pay extra for the risk.
WHERE WILL MY ITEMS BE SHIPPED FROM?
All of our products are shipped from Light Leaks Headquarters (aka, our basement) in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada.
WHY DO YOU CHARGE IN US FUNDS?
US funds tends to be the most universally known currency - so all of our purchases as well as our sales are done in US funds, it makes it easier for us. For our Canadian customers, given that on avearage the US dollar is 5-10 cents higher than the Canadian dollar, we have removed all taxes from Canadian purchases, and we will pick up the taxes tab.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
Most orders will be shipped next business day, at most 2 business days from your order date.
ONE OF MY ITEMS WAS ON BACK ORDER - WILL IT BE SENT SEPEARTELY?
Yes, if you purchased multiple items, we will ship everything in stock right away, and follow up with your backordered items when they come in.
WHERE IS MY ORDER?
Patience is a virtue, and we know it is tough to wait - but we ask you to be patient, and understand we don't control the mail, yet we haven't lost an item in the 4 years we have been in business. We provide you with a tracking number and instructions on how to check for your item online. Most items will take 5-11 business days to be delivered to major centers. Rural areas take a bit longer, as do some international countries. Please follow up with us after a couple of weeks has passed from you receiving your 'your order has shipped' email to let us know if you haven't received your items, and we'll check our records to ensure no mistakes were made on our end.
